Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. We ask for 30 days' written notice to cancel so we can hand over your accounts cleanly.
Does the monthly fee include ad spend?
No. Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms from your own billing account. We only manage the campaigns — you always own the ad accounts.
How long until I see results?
Paid search usually produces measurable results within 30–45 days. Local SEO typically takes 3–6 months to move rankings meaningfully. We're honest about the timelines and set expectations up front.
Who actually works on my account?
